Cookery classes are organized for a mininum of 2 students.

Cookery classes fees are to be paid in advance & are not refundable.

Cookery students have to arrange their own transport to & from the cookery class to their place of stay/ residence.

The list of ingredients used in the cookery class will be provided in printed format at the end of the course.

Cookery students will be served their own preparations at the end of the day's class.

Cookery students are expected to wear the headscarves & aprons provided by us.

Cookery students are strictly required to wear decent clothing. Absolutely no swimsuits allowed.

Students are requested to inform at the time of enrollment about their food allergies, if any.

Children below 12 yrs strictly not allowed to enter the kitchen area.

Couples accompanying children below 12 yrs will be provided with a baby-sitter, charges applicable.

Soft drinks, bottled mineral water, wines, beer & other alcoholic beverages if consumed during the course will be charged separately.

Theresa's cookery classes kitchen opens at 3.00 pm & closes for the day at 9.00 pm sharp. Cookery class time is from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm sharp

Students on completing the course are encouraged to practise live cooking at Theresa's cookery classes by organizing their own lunch or dinner parties. The cook Theresa will assist them. Separate charges applicable.

Since students may come from different cultures, participating students are required to follow standard international etiquettes & table manners.
